Supervisión y Mantenimiento
– Inspección mensual de tu unidad , verificando su estado físico y funcional.
– Revisión periódica del mobiliario y equipamiento, cuidando cada detalle para mantenerlo en óptimas condiciones.
– Supervisión previa y posterior a fenómenos naturales como tormentas o huracanes, con reportes inmediatos en caso de afectaciones.
– Coordinación de proyectos especiales, mejoras o personalizaciones, según tus necesidades.
– En caso de un imprevisto nosotros lo atenemos los 365 días del año.
Supervisión y Mantenimiento
Pagamos puntualmente los servicios básicos: luz, agua, internet y predial, etc.
Monitoreamos fechas de vencimiento y evitamos recargos.
Transparencia y comunicación constante
Recibes un reporte mensual detallado con un resumen de pagos, actividades realizadas y evidencia fotográfica del estado de tu propiedad.
